Friday night continued!
Here are some of the pictures from our drive down the coast.
It really does remind us both of Highway 1 near Big Sur -- just with a lot less traffic, which is a REALLY good thing! One of the most amazing things is that I was actually able to pull over to the side of the road and stop, so that R could take pictures! Image doing something like that in Big Sur? I don't think so!
Then, we hit the Museo Civico in Cabras (which closes between 1 and 4 p.m. each day...)
Just a few miles from Cabras is the old Punic and Roman town of Tharros, at the end of a small peninsula. The ruins were great, but the views were even better!

What a beautiful coastline! I especially love the photo of the columns against the ocean view.
